- are familiar with front end development methodologies like BEM or OOCSS

- have experience using source control systems, preferably Git (Gitlab/Github), branching strategies for collaborative development (Git Flow, merge requests etc), and Continuous Integration systems (Jenkins, Travis CI, etc.) are no foreign phrase
- have knowledge of webpage performance optimization (Pagespeed or YSlow)
- are interested in scripted build systems like Grunt/Gulp
- have knowlegde of SEO/SEM principles and ensuring that application will adhere to them
- have heard about Frontend Web Package management tools such as Bower & Yeoman
- have a basic knowledge about Javascript MVC frameworks like angular.js, Backbone.js
- have knowledge of CMS frameworks like Typo3 and WordPress
- be responsible for the frontend of our web projects as well as web applications
- develop websites as well as complex special solutions
- implement a variety of creative projects with the team
- explore new web technologies to stay ahead of the competition
